We're hiring a reliable and skilled Assembler to support residential builds by installing and finishing critical components that meet high standards for quality, safety, and building codes.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18 - $24/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Assemble and install framing, trusses, doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim based on blueprints and specs
• Operate hand and power tools with care, efficiency, and safety
• Interpret construction drawings and work orders to guide daily tasks
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with internal and local building code standards
• Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule
• Identify and resolve issues during installation or finishing phases
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Support inventory control, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous carpentry experience is required; experience in lumber or framing is highly preferred
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• At least 2 years of construction or home assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Skilled with measuring tools, hand tools, and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Physically able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
