We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers . This entry-level management role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership experience to develop the skills needed to grow into supervisory or managerial positions.

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of events, campaigns, and team activities

• Support event coordination and ensure smooth execution of programs

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members during events and campaigns

• Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and suggest improvements

• Participate in planning and strategy meetings to help achieve operational goals

• Collaborate with management to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction

• Ambitious, dependable, and eager to grow into a leadership role

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

• Motivated by challenges and committed to teamwork and excellence

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience required — full training provided
