Position OverviewWe’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers . This entry-level management role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership experience to develop the skills needed to grow into supervisory or managerial positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing day-to-day operations of events, campaigns, and team activities
Support event coordination and ensure smooth execution of programs
Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members during events and campaigns
Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and suggest improvements
Participate in planning and strategy meetings to help achieve operational goals
Collaborate with management to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction
Ambitious, dependable, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Motivated by challenges and committed to teamwork and excellence
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — full training provided
