Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the printing and technology support industry, is seeking a Printer Field Technician to join their team. As a Printer Field Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pennsylvania

What's the Job?

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assembly of systems/products in accordance with standard procedures.
• Respond promptly to service, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and assist end users with device functionality.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Reside in or commute daily to Tunkhannock, PA.
