Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Master Data Management functions. This individual will analyze, evaluate, and improve business systems and user requirements, while ensuring robust support for information flows across SCM systems. The role includes production support, system enhancement, and implementation tasks with a strong focus on SAP ECC modules including MM and PP. SharePoint expertise for collaboration and training content is also essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall strategies.
• Provide production support and system enhancements for SAP ECC (MM, PP) and SCM modules.
• Ensure and continuously improve SCM processes including production workflows in SAP.
• Act as first-level support for SAP SCM and production-related user issues.
• Facilitate and support SAP go-lives, configuration changes, and user trainings.
• Conduct security authorization reviews and adjustments for SCM modules.
• Manage CAPAs, change requests, and accurate SCM-related master data processes.
• Lead documentation, training, and user support for SharePoint collaboration platforms.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams including IT, quality, and production departments.
• Monitor and maintain role-based access controls and compliance procedures.

• At least 4 years of expertise in SAP ECC or similar ERP systems, especially within SCM.
• Strong experience in process mapping, documentation, and system optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in configuration, production support, and training delivery.

• Experience in Biopharma or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiarity with master data governance and CAPA/change control systems.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint site setup and training documentation.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required.
