Responsibilities Include
· Responsible for preparation of high-quality written appraisal reports.
· Maintain market knowledge of real estate values and property developments.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of industry valuation standards and best practices.
· Provide timely, personalized and quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
· Appraiser must live in or near the metro area.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Significant experience working on various investment-grade and/or income-producing properties such as office, retail, multifamily and industrial.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Certified General Real Estate Appraiser preferred or near completion of obtaining license.
· Strong real estate valuation and financial modeling skills with proficiency in ARGUS.
· Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to function independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects.
· Attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a concise manner.
· Ability to travel with Valid Driver's license.
