We are seeking a creative and versatile Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality visuals and engaging content for our digital platforms. This role involves capturing photos and videos on-site, designing graphics, and creating posts, reels, and marketing materials that showcase our brand’s story and promote upcoming events, services, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional photos and videos of events, property highlights, and products.
• Edit videos and create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for social media and print.
• Develop and post consistent, on-brand content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with management to plan seasonal campaigns, announcements, and event promotions.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy.
• Provide creative input for marketing initiatives and storytelling ideas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site and occasionally during events or weekends.

Preferred:

• Experience with agriculture, event, or hospitality marketing is a plus.
• Drone photo/video skills are a bonus.
