This role is ideal for detail-oriented, data-driven professionals with expertise in Vietnamese language processing. You will play a key part in ensuring high-quality multilingual data delivery, working closely with engineering and linguistics teams to enhance language models, align taxonomies, and maintain accurate datasets. The position involves analyzing, cleaning, and improving large volumes of data, applying both technical and linguistic skills to support global product features. The role requires independence, adaptability, and strong time management to handle complex instructions and meet project deadlines. Accountabilities

· Analyze, evaluate, and improve data quality for multilingual text classifiers, with a focus on Vietnamese.

· Collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to design, implement, and refine language parsers.

· Translate and align taxonomies across domains such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations.

· Perform data analysis and cleanup using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.

· Apply rule-based techniques (e.g., RegEx) and linguistic knowledge to improve model accuracy.

· Conduct linguistic reviews and ensure consistency across languages.

· Manage and organize large datasets, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in repetitive or detailed work.

· Follow complex instructions, work independently, and adapt to ambiguity while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field preferred.

· Proficiency in Vietnamese, with additional language knowledge considered a plus.

· Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.

· Understanding of language structure, grammar, and multilingual text processing.

· Familiarity with rule-based techniques and data cleaning methodologies.

· Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.

· Reliable access to necessary technology and internet connectivity to maintain productivity.
