Print Manager

The digital Print Manager will be responsible for all aspects of printing, assembly, and distribution of production work including scheduling, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service experience one to two years of experience in a print production & graphic design role. He or she should be a fast learner and a team player who is driven to succeed.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to assure production work. Requirements are clearly defined, and timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration.
• Coordinate production schedule to meet customers' expectations and deadlines.
• Ensure all jobs are delivered on time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Remain in contact with customers when critical issues arise or the work production schedule is jeopardized.
• Provide proofreading and monitor jobs for errors.
• Perform layout/job setup to ensure cost-effective utilization of equipment (computer and printing) and materials while meeting the customers' requirements and timeframes.
• Perform production (copying, printing, laminating, etc.) and delivery of completed job orders; set up and make plates for the printing press as needed.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate, and current.

Position Requirements

· High school Diploma or GED required

· Experience with printing graphics preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft Word

· Good communication and people skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· High energy level and ability to thrive under pressure

· Able to operate and maintain print and finishing equipment
