A well-respected boutique family law practice is seeking an experienced attorney to join our collaborative team. *The Ideal Candidate:*

* 5+ years of Virginia family law practice experience required
* Active Virginia State Bar membership in good standing
* Proven track record handling complex property division, custody disputes, and support matters
* Experience with high-asset divorces and interstate custody issues preferred
* Familiarity with Virginia equitable distribution laws and custody statutes
* Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
* Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment
* Commitment to client-centered representation with empathy and professionalism
