Position: Football Performance Coach Location: On-Site at D1 Training Alliance Alliance Town Center, Fort Worth, TX
About D1 Training Alliance D1 Alliance specializes in preparing football athletes to compete at the highest levelfrom youth leagues to varsity, college, and beyond. We offer position-specific training, speed and agility development, and strength programs designed to help athletes dominate on game day.

What Youll Do As a D1 Football Coach, you'll lead structured, high-impact training for football athletes ages 7+. Youll be responsible for building and delivering football-specific programs focused on strength, speed, and position skill development. Youll thrive in this role if you can independently create training programs with leadership support when needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Coach group and private football training sessions
- Modify programs for athlete age, position, and development
- Teach safe movement mechanics, tackling prep, COD, and acceleration
- Develop position-specific progressions (e.g., OL/DL, skill players)
- Mentor athletes in mindset, leadership, and discipline
- Ensure a safe, motivating training environment
- Track athlete progress and communicate regularly with parents
Compensation This is an hourly, non-exempt role. Rates vary based on session type:
- Group Football Training Competitive hourly rate
- Private/Small Group Training Higher hourly rate
- Team Training Contracts Variable based on scope
Youll also earn
commission on personal training package sales and renewals , with strong earning potential for high-performing coaches who deliver consistent value and results.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ year of coaching experience in football performance, S&C, or team settings
- Varsity football playing experience
- High school diploma
- Valid CPR/AED/First Aid
- NCCA-accredited training certification (e.g., CSCS, NASM, NSCA)
Preferred Qualifications: - Collegiate or professional football playing/coaching experience
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
