Our core values of excellence, professionalism, and satisfaction drive us to enhance the value of our clients' homes and properties every day!\r\n\r\nPay Frequency:\r\n- Weekly\r\n\r\nShift, Schedule & Location:\r\n- M-F\r\n- 40-hour weeks\r\n- Overtime only if available\r\n- On-call as needed\r\n- Northeast Pennsylvania: Hamlin, Lake Ariel, Clarks Summit, Scranton, Moscow, Mt. Pocono, Stroudsburg, Dingman’s Ferry, Tafton, Hawley, Honesdale, Waymart, and surrounding areas.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n- Installing gutters\r\n- Inspecting gutters\r\n- Assembling gutters\r\n- Performing basic maintenance on gutters\r\n- Measuring, cutting, and sealing gutter materials\r\n- Repairing gutters\r\n- Replacing gutters\r\n- Ensuring homes have proper water flow and drainage systems\r\n- Reading, drawing, and understanding sketches\r\n- Estimate the proper amount of time it will take for travel, preparations, and cleanups in between jobs\r\n- Communicating with customers about projects\r\n- Taking photos before and after work is done\r\n- Keep notes on project phases and progress\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n- Comfortable on ladders\r\n- Comfortable with high heights and slanted roofs\r\n- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently throughout the day\r\n- Flexibility with time\r\n- Ability to read a tape measure\r\n- Attention to detail\r\n- Maintain a positive attitude under any circumstances\r\n- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment\r\n- Be a team player\r\n- Organizational skills\r\n- Time management skills\r\n- Customer service skills\r\n- Communication skills\r\n- Problem-solving skills\r\n\r\nWhat we will supply:\r\n- Work equipment\r\n- Paid training\r\n\r\nWhat you will be required to have:\r\n- Transportation to and from work\r\n- Outdoor gear such as jackets, gloves, and boots\r\n- Basic tools\r\n- Work attire
