Industrial Maintenance Technician – $24–$28/hr. | Temp-to-Perm
Gahanna, OH | 12-hour shifts | Day & Night Rotating Schedule

About the Job
Adecco is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading plastics manufacturer in Gahanna. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and career growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and machine installations

• Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve issues

• Fabricate and repair with shop tools (lathe, drill press, welding, etc.)

• Support production staff and maintain safety standards

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 8 AM–8 PM

• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

• Occasional overtime required

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00 – $28.00/hr (based on experience)

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

• Weekly pay + overtime

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or technical trade experience

• Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems (PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors)

• Skilled with diagnostic tools, fabrication, and preventive maintenance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
