Role Overview

They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions in the industrials space, gain significant exposure to senior bankers and clients, and contribute meaningfully to deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and other deliverables.
• Conduct industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and take initiative in driving projects forward.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior investment banking experience, ideally with strong exposure to M&A.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and desire to take ownership.
