Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a  Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Lexington, KY. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families in a supportive, clinician-centered environment.

Our therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clinical autonomy, reasonable caseload expectations, and a strong focus on ethical, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful work without the pressures commonly associated with high-acuity or corporate-driven settings.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges in a therapeutic, strengths-based manner

Treatment Planning & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination as appropriate
  • Ensure treatment modalities align with client needs, goals, and progress

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and Kentucky licensure requirements

Group & Psychoeducational Services

  • Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions using established clinical techniques
  • Adapt group content to meet the needs of diverse client populations

Requirements

Required

  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered, and ethical practice
  • Abilty to work 4 -(10 Hour) shifts

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited program
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a behavioral health or outpatient mental health setting
  • Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
  • Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT-informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.)
