Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools
