Manager for Wellness Studio
Office hours - 5 Days a week 9am-6pm

Natural Relaxation LLC is a well-established wellness studio serving Central Texas since 2017. We provide high-quality therapeutic massage, spa add-ons, and holistic services in a serene environment. We’re seeking a dynamic, professional, and wellness-oriented Front Desk / Studio Manager to help us grow into the next chapter of success.
Responsibilities
Oversee front desk operations : scheduling, answering calls, client check-ins, and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Manage digital marketing campaigns : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and Constant Contact.
Create and schedule engaging social media content, reels, and promotions .
Use Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and ChatGPT to streamline operations, reporting, and client communications.
Assist with hiring and tracking candidates through platforms like ZipRecruiter.
Maintain client records and support email/text campaigns to grow the client base.
Ensure smooth daily operations and support therapists with scheduling needs.
Promote a culture of self-care, professionalism, and positivity for staff and clients.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of advertising and content creation across social media platforms.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT , and digital productivity tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
Creative, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness environment .
Passionate about wellness, self-care, and holistic living .
Previous experience in spa, salon, or wellness industry preferred but not required.
