Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on creating and managing ads across the Meta and Google platforms for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure all advertisements align with our clients brand identities and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and performance analysis to optimize ad campaigns.
3. Create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
4. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
3. Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
