Position Summary: The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth daily operation of our Brighton Park office and production facility. Serving as the face of Switched Source to guests, vendors, and partners, this person will manage office logistics, inventory, package handling, and vendor relationships. They will also coordinate conferences and company events, handle logistics, materials, and scheduling to ensure successful representation of the company. The Office Administrator will collaborate across teams to support operational efficiency and take on ad hoc projects as needed, often requiring flexibility and timely action.
Location: Fully in-person at Brighton Park office in Chicago, IL.
