Role :
We are seeking a friendly and professional clerical assistant to join the Continental team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Post equipment for sale on Facebook Marketplace including detailed descriptions
- Manage additions and removals of new listings
- Assist in answering phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
