Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties to create a welcoming environment.

• Answer incoming calls, providing attentive assistance and directing inquiries.
• Manage general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Support team members by coordinating schedules and facilitating communication.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and resolve issues efficiently.• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as scanners and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
