We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to answer phone calls and reply to emails
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Ability to provide pricing information to customers
• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to assist in production work whenever required
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily office tasks and update
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Preparing and editing designs based on customer requirements
• Supporting the production team whenever needed

• Ability to multitask
