The Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. 1 year of previous experience as a commercial painter preferred Ability to work in the interior and exterior of the hotel and work with paints, plaster and other painting materials Good verbal communication, attention to detail, time management are required. The ability to stand/walk, bend, reach over-head, squat, kneel for extended periods of time. The ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools. Have a thorough understanding of OSHA rules and regulations. Have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
