At Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, we're looking for a Receiving Clerk who's more than just a box checker. This role is about precision, pride, and being part of something bigger. Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accept shipments from UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and vendors.
• Verify that food, beverage, retail, and general supplies are accurate and up to our quality standards.
• Log inventory into warehouse software and forward correct paperwork.
• Unpack, examine, label, and organize everything from snacks to supplies to souvenirs.
• Operate tools and equipment including hand trucks, stackers, pallet jacks, forklifts, mailing machines, and resort vehicles.
• Safely stage and store products in the correct stock or direct order areas.
• Assist with inventory control, stock location updates, and warehouse organization.
• Support your team with other warehouse tasks-because no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable, team-minded problem solver with at least one year of receiving or warehouse experience.
• Someone who's comfortable lifting 50 pounds regularly, bending, kneeling, and staying active throughout the day.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel-nothing fancy, just the basics to keep inventory data accurate.
• Someone with a valid driver's license who can operate warehouse equipment or is willing to learn.
• A calm communicator who can follow verbal and written instructions, even when things get busy.
• You've got a great attitude, show up looking sharp, and understand that what happens behind the scenes matters just as much as what guests see.
