Overview Records and Knowledge Manager The Opportunity: As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements is crucial for your client’s future. As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll be trusted to apply technical expertise to support a DoD organization with records and information management. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and contribute to business processes to ensure the organization safeguards the security and integrity of all records. You will apply digital knowledge management expertise to implement records and information management strategies in support of the organization\'s Command Records Manager, at a time of transformative change driven by artificial intelligence and other technologies. In this role, you’ll directly impact a DoD organization\'s records management processes by collaborating with stakeholders to govern cross-organizational data sharing and integration among enterprise systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy wherever data resides. Join us. The world can’t wait. Responsibilities Apply technical expertise to support a DoD organization with records and information management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and contribute to business processes that safeguard the security and integrity of all records. Implement records and information management strategies in support of the organization\'s Command Records Manager during transformative change driven by artificial intelligence and other technologies. Govern cross-organizational data sharing and data integration among enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy wherever data resides. Work to ensure knowledge, records, and information management activities are efficient, effective, and equitable in meeting customer requirements. You Have 1+ years of experience with Records Management, Information Management, or Knowledge Management Experience with using Microsoft Office tools Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administrator Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 365 environment TS/SCI clearance Bachelor\'s degree Nice If You Have Experience with archiving records or digitizing official records Experience in electronic document management Knowledge of National Archives and Records Agency (NARA) or DoD records management Knowledge of the five core phases that constitute Records Management, or of the General Records Schedule (GRS) Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
