Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, coach and empower your team
• Manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations
• Hire, train and develop the team to ensure a customer centric environment
• Ensure the completion of assigned duties for the restaurant, while adhering to all company policies and procedures and safety standards
• Complete day to day office tasks including inventory, audits, staffing and completion of paperwork
• Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant
• Handle guest relations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• At least one year in a supervisory role, preferably with a minimum of six months specific to the quick service food industry
• Must be ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid unexpired Health Card
• Possess excellent verbal and written skills including general computer skills
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multi-task accordingly
• On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
