Restaurant Manager – McDonald’s We are hiring a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead a McDonald’s franchise, ensuring profitable operations while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring that McDonald’s critical customer standards are consistently met. Assist the Franchisee in setting, monitoring, and achieving restaurant goals. Participate with department managers in goal setting, progress review, and ongoing mentoring. Recruit, train, and develop department and shift managers, fostering a strong, future‑ready team. Coordinate scheduling for day, opening, and closing shifts, maintaining full flexibility to meet restaurant needs. Coordinate with the Franchisee on staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling matters, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Prior managerial experience in a fast‑food or restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including day, opening, and closing shifts. Proficiency in using franchise reporting tools and maintaining operational standards.
