Control Financiero: Dominio de sistemas para Restaurant, Informes diarios de ventas, la gestión de inventario, compras y control de horarios del personal. Cumplimiento y Seguridad: Aplicar las políticas relacionadas con la seguridad alimentaria, la seguridad en el trabajo, la normativa laboral y las directrices de la empresa.
