We are problem solvers at heart and work to solve clients complex digital marketing challenges by leveraging data and technology. You will develop and lead holistic SEO strategies aligned with client goals, with a strong focus on both traditional organic search and AI-powered search visibility. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert, responsible for guiding clients, managing projects, delivering key insights, and driving meaningful growth.If you are an excellent communicator with proven experience leading SEO initiatives across diverse industries, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will learn every day, deliver real impact for clients, and expand your expertise in an evolving search landscape.Responsibilities:Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve organic performance using strong analytical, technical, research, and content marketing skillsCreate and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility in AI-driven and traditional search environmentsCollaborate with digital media planners, web developers and creatives to apply SEO best practices to client digital propertiesServe as the SEO subject matter expert for assigned accounts, providing clear recommendations aligned with client goalsLead client accounts independently, including developing, presenting, and managing SEO strategiesExecute day-to-day SEO tasks such as competitive analysis, keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, content marketing, and performance analysisDemonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced SEO projectsManage and execute local search initiativesOptimize on-site content, including HTML elements, image assets, internal linking, metadata, and UX considerationsConduct keyword research to support existing content optimization and identify new growth opportunitiesMonitor key organic search and AI visibility metrics, delivering concise, actionable insights that help client partners understand performance and next stepsTroubleshoot website issues, perform ad hoc analyses, and drive resolutions to completionStay current on AI discovery trends, consumer behavior, industry developments, algorithm updates, and SERP changes, adapting strategies as neededAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications, Skills, and Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field5+ years of experience in SEOProven experience managing client accounts and leading SEO servicesExpertise developing SEO strategies incorporating AI optimization techniquesExtensive understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and industry trendsSEO experience working with e-commerce websites and analytics platformsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into clear, actionable insightsWorking knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and SchemaExperience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl).Experience managing local search listings and tools (e.g., Yext, dbaPlatform, Moz Local).Familiarity with LLM technology and AI-driven workflowsProactive, positive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage time-sensitive deadlines and prioritize effectivelyStrong SEO copywriting and research abilitiesComfortable working both independently and collaboratively
