About the Role

Our award-winning Food and Beverage team are at the hub of our business, we have a multiple exciting opportunities across our various outlets following our major refurbishment of the 4th Floor, where these outlets are situated. We are looking for servers to join our Road Hole Restaurant, Breakfast team, Road Hole Bar and Hams Hame Pub & Grill.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining and drinking experience.Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, food pairings, and bar

• specials.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the bar or kitchen, ensuring timely and efficient service.

• Serve beverages and dishes to guests with elegance and professionalism, following the hotel’s presentation and service standards.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns, maintaining a high level of courtesy and discretion.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, checking in during service and handling feedback or complaints with grace and prompt resolution.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area, including resetting tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and ensuring menus are presentable.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and legal regulations, particularly regarding responsible alcohol service, food hygiene laws and guest safety.

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and side duties to support the smooth operation of the bar.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to uphold the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment

Casual 0hr contracts

Up to Full Time Hours available

Salary

Starting out at £11.09 - £12.83 per hour

FTE £26,682.50
