Hello! I’m Kristina, and I’m looking for a reliable and caring sitter for my toddler in Middletown, Connecticut. This position is live out and occasional, which means it will be based on my family's needs and schedule. Mondays and some Fridays, plus occasional weekends and evenings based on mutual schedules. As a parent, I understand the importance of finding someone who is a good fit for my very happy, curious lil kid. I need someone who is joyful, creative, and energetic. Having experience with toddlers is NOT a must, but feeling comfortable with one who is fairly low key would be great. Developmental support is a something we're big on - giving our baby opportunities to learn new things on his own and also with some support, with structured time for both. We have lots of toys and in-house activities to help. The pay for this position is $18-25 per hour depending on time, activities, etc. ($18/hr if watching while he's already asleep for a few hours so we can have a date night, for example, or $25 for shorter notice and during a part of the day that requires more hands on activities). I’m looking for someone who can provide occasional care to start, but hopefully becoming regular from February until June (Mondays, part-time Fridays, some evenings/weekends less than 4 hours at a time).
