This role is remote within the United States on the East Coast preferred to align with EST hours (8AM-5PM).
What You Will Do \n - Develop customer-focused room designs using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
\n - Consult with sales, project managers, architects, and medical professionals to refine plans for contracting, permitting, and client approval.
\n - Lead or support engineering change control processes, including documentation creation and release.
\n - Produce high-quality drawings and photorealistic renderings using Revit to support client presentations.
\n - Manage design templates, Revit families, and CAD blocks to maintain current standards and functionality.
\n - Contribute to product development by applying knowledge of current offerings and competitive landscape.
\n - Coach and certify team members on updated design procedures and best practices, delivering SME-level training.
\n - Participate in cross-functional teams during product ideation, testing, and prototype delivery, driving alignment and collaboration.
\n - Ensure stringent quality standards for clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all design deliverables.

What You Will Need Required Qualifications \n - Minimum high school diploma with 6 years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor's degree.
\n - Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D CAD design and related software.
\n - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\n - Proficiency in Revit and CAD software for interior design, rendering, and digital imaging.
\n - Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and apply drafting standards.

Preferred Qualifications \n - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Engineering Technology.
\n - Experience with Revit family editor.
\n - Experience with Solidworks or parametric modeling and rendering.
\n - Experience leading or supporting cross-functional design projects.
\n - Familiarity with intellectual property considerations in design.
\n - Familiarity with digital file management systems and best practices for archiving.
\n - Ability to contribute to process improvements and standard reviews.

$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
