Job Description

We are seeking an Area Manager to join our family. We base our business around customer service and employee retention. We need self-motivated, hard-working, and passionate employees to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 4-6 Subway locations. 
• Monitor profitability. 
• Develop management. 
• Work alongside manager, crew members, and provide a safe, fun atmosphere. 
• Ensure employees are well-trained following our 4-day training process.
• Administer reviews, coach managers, and team. 
• Review schedules according to sales.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Review weekly inventories.
• Review truck ordering, banking, and monitoring waste.
• Work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Stand on feet for a long period and lift 25 lbs.
