Pay

$31.00 - $33.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervise the operation, conduct, and security of various table games, ensuring compliance with NH Lottery Commission regulations and company policies
• Oversee player tracking, table accounting, and conduct game promotions, including timely payouts and tax form processing
• Maintain Serve Safe Alcohol certification and prevent under-the-influence guests from playing
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet players, up-sell Lucky North Club memberships, and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager regarding game operations and guest concerns
• Manage a section of the gaming floor and dealers, including training, assigning work areas, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

More about you

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1-2 years of full-time casino experience, Supervisor preferred 
• Must have six months of experience in Table Games
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license 
• Basic computer and math skills required

Physical requirements

• Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for the majority of the shift
• Ability to periodically lift to 50 pounds
