ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Stuart, Florida.
Job Description & RequirementsOpportunity:
\nRegistered Nurse - CVOR
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours or 8/10 hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours
\n• Cardiac call required as part of position
\n• Must have 2 years of direct CVOR experience required
\n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs as needed
\n• Block schedule not available
\n• Experience required in Cardiac OR with ability to assess setup and start call
\n• Will perform other cases if no CVOR cases available
\n• Must complete time-sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once assignment is confirmed
\n• All RTO must be included at time of submission - later additions will not be approved
\n• Smoke-free facility - must be nicotine free with negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
\n• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
\n• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum for each
\n• Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start
\n• 2 references required from direct supervisor/manager, ANM, or director
\n• Facility does not accept any license hits
\n• Must be familiar with CVOR procedures including atrial septal defect repair, CABG, MAZE procedure, mitral valve replacement, TAVR, and related skills
