• Location: Streetsboro, Ohio 44241 (Cleveland-Akron area)

• Facility: New Infusion Center
\n\t
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025, End: 3/1/2026)

• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
\n\t
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
\n\t
• Hours per Week: 40

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250 - $2310 per week
\n

\n\nInfusion Nurse Qualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
\n\t
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; infusion therapy experience preferred
\n\t
• Proficient in IV placement, port and PICC access
\n\t
• Experience with Epic EMR documentation
\n\t
• Ability to mix and infuse medications per pharmacy protocols
\n\t
• Strong patient education and communication skills
\n

\n\nInfusion RN Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document in Epic AIC nursing notes
\n\t
• Review and document medications, allergies, and fall risk factors
\n\t
• Perform IV insertions, port and PICC access for infusion therapy
\n\t
• Mix and administer infusion medications according to pharmacy instructions in MAR
\n\t
• Monitor patients during infusion treatments and respond to clinical changes
\n\t
• Educate patients at initiation of therapy and upon discharge
\n\t
• Enter infusion charges and maintain accurate clinical records
\n\t
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, Nurse Practitioners, PCNAs, and administrative staff
