Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position with night shifts and a compact or NC RN license requirement.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a combined Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit
• Hospital setting with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Care for patients requiring both med/surg and telemetry services
• Responsible for caring for a diverse med/surg and telemetry patient population
• Must adhere to the hospital’s policies and procedures
• Must complete required forms and checklists prior to assignment
• First-time travelers are eligible unless otherwise specified

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active RN license in NC or compact state required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele experience
• Certifications must be from recognized providers; RQI certifications are not accepted
• Must provide Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility in the past 12 months
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot hold another full-time job during assignment
