Work closely with the owners and relay customer feedback to the ownership team. Interact regularly with various media outlets, from newspapers to television stations, to generate wide appeal. Proactively develop new marketing ideas and contribute to marketing initiatives. Requirements / Qualifications Be highly proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, often with little to no supervision. Recall large amounts of information quickly and comfortably address sizable groups of people, including in public forums. Strong social skills, including excellent listening, oral, and written communication abilities. A well-groomed appearance, high level of organization, and willingness to take on significant responsibility. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel — sometimes to Soldotna or the Valley — for events. Ability to perform set-up tasks for presentations and to lift or carry heavy merchandise as needed. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales and marketing, preferably with regular face-to-face customer interaction; demonstrated sales experience with quotas met or exceeded; ability to read and interpret sales reports.
